Job Overview
Join our privately owned, two-location dental practice as a Dental Hygiene Assistant! Help support our dental team by preparing treatment rooms, assisting with patient care, taking X-rays, and maintaining sterilization and infection control standards.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
- Monday & Wednesday: Cole Camp
- Tuesday & Thursday: Sedalia
Must be willing to travel between both locations. This is a great opportunity to grow your dental skills while providing excellent patient care!
Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare hygiene rooms for patient treatment.
- Assist dental hygienists with daily tasks and patient care.
- Take dental X-rays following safety protocols.
- Assist the dentist during patient examinations.
- Review treatment plans and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Perform lab duties, including instrument sterilization and infection control.
- Maintain accurate patient records and keep treatment rooms clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Dental or healthcare experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology, sterilization, and infection control.
- Familiarity with dental software, such as Dentrix Ascend, is a plus.
- Ability to take dental X-rays while following safety protocols.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality patient care.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
