Orthodontic Dental Assistant (Full-Time)
Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)
Job Type: Full-time (4–5 days/week)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No nights, no weekends
Work Location: In person (Multi-site rotation)

This full-time position requires travel across our regional offices on a fixed rotational schedule:
- Gloversville: 3 days per week
- Ballston Spa: 1 day per week
- Saratoga Springs: 2 days per month
- Clifton Park: 2 days per month
Responsibilities and Duties
- Patient Care: Warmly greet and seat patients, ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Clinical Assistance: Prepare and sterilize instruments for treatment, and assist the Doctor directly during orthodontic procedures.
- Technology & Diagnostics: Take digital X-rays, traditional impressions, and perform advanced 3D intraoral scans.
- Documentation: Accurately enter detailed treatment notes into patients' electronic health charts.
- Growth: Utilize paid on-the-job training to earn certifications and transition into expanded dental assisting duties.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency and comfort with electronic charting.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and team members.
- Experience: Previous dental or orthodontic experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right highly motivated candidate.
