Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 / hour (Based on experience + daily performance bonuses)

We are a high-growth, 100% Fee-for-Service Emergency Dental Practice in Dallas. We don't do boring routine cleanings or fight with insurance companies, we deliver immediate, life-changing relief to patients in severe pain.
We are looking for an All-Star Dental Assistant who can keep pace with top-tier doctors, run up to 4–5 chairs seamlessly, and help us deliver top-notch emergency care without micro-management.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
This is a fast-paced, high-volume emergency setting where no two days are the same. You will be the engine of the clinical back office.
- Chairside Excellence: Assist doctors across 4–5 fast-moving chairs with complex emergency procedures, including molar endodontics, surgical extractions (including wisdom teeth), bone grafting, and crowns/restoratives.
- Patient Comfort & Care: Calm nervous patients in severe pain, administer nitrous oxide (if certified), and provide clear post-op instructions.
- Operatory & Flow Management: Turnover operatories rapidly, keep trays set up ahead of schedule, and maintain seamless patient flow.
- Diagnostics & Imaging: Take high-quality digital X-rays and 3D imaging quickly and accurately.
- Clinical Preparation & Compliance: Instrument sterilization, inventory tracking, restocking operatories, and maintaining 100% OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
The Schedule
We are open when patients need us most! Candidates must be available for weekend emergency hours:
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA): Active Texas RDA license required.
- High-Volume Experience: 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (emergency, oral surgery, or endodontics experience is a major plus).
- Surgical & Endo Confident: Comfort assisting with molar root canals, surgical extractions, and bone grafting.
- Certifications: Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification and CPR/BLS preferred
- Cool Under Pressure: You stay calm, organized, and positive when the lobby is full and chairs are moving fast.
- Team Player & Hustler: You anticipate the doctor’s next move, help team members without being asked, and take pride in running a tight ship.
