We’re Hiring: Dental / Orthodontic Assistant — DA, RDA, or OA
Location: San Gabriel, 91775, CA
Employment Type: Full-time: 32-40h/week, 2 half-day Saturday permonth, willing to travel to 2nd location 1day/week

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Chinese-speaking Dental Assistant or Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. We welcome all experience levels, from entry-level candidates to experienced DAs, RDAs, and OAs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist with patient care within your training and permitted scope of practice.
- Prepare treatment areas, instruments, and supplies.
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control procedures.
- Take orthodontic records, take photo by SLR, iTero scans, operating iCAT CBCT X-rays, familiar with digital work flow.
- Help patients understand oral hygiene and appliance care instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and support an efficient clinical workflow.
- Know the Invisalign work flow, experience with Damon Self-ligating brackets
- Orthodontic experience is plus, but provide office training about bonding, debonding, cement RPE, bonding attachment, familiar with indirect bonding.
Qualifications
- Chinese-speaking ability required to communicate with patients and families.
- All experience levels welcome; orthodontic experience is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
- Willing work with kids.
- Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Appropriate licenses, permits, and certifications for the position and assigned duties.
