Job Responsibilities
- Assist dentist during clinical procedures including restorative, endodontic, extractions, and prosthodontic treatments
- Prepare and disinfect operatories before and after each patient
- Take and process digital X-rays
- Perform sterilization and maintain infection control protocols (CDC & OSHA compliant)
- Set up instruments and materials for procedures
- Assist with impressions, temporary crowns, and chairside support
- Chart dental procedures accurately in dental software
- Educate patients on post-operative and oral hygiene instructions
- Maintain inventory and order dental supplies as needed
- Ensure a positive, calm, and professional patient experience
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant certification (or equivalent experience)
- X-ray certification (required)
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
- Experience with digital dental software preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
