ABOUT US
All Care Health Center’s mission is to provide affordable, comprehensive, high-quality health
A typical schedule is Monday- Friday: 7:30am- 5:00pm, with one late night until 7:00pm, and a rotating Saturday schedule of 7:30am-12:00pm
Pay offer is based on education, certification and experience:
Non-certified DA range: $18-20
Certified DA range: $21-25
DUTIES
Prepares, cleans, and sets up operatories for patient appointments
Takes and mounts dental radiographs (x-rays)
Prepares sterile instruments and equipment
Prepares patients for their appointment and discharge as well
Asks about patient's medical history
Takes blood pressure and pulse
Performs dental assistant duties per provider workflow and practice
Provides and assists with patient discharge
Provides patients with instruction for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedure
Registers patients for appointment, if necessary
Assists with documentation for accurate billing and charting
QUALIFICATIONS
Active Dental Assisting Certificate in the state of Iowa
Iowa Radiology Certification, or ability to acquire within 6 months of hire
Sterilization Certification a plus
Previous training and experience in dental assisting preferred.
