Dental Assistant

We are seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our team at Boerum Hill Dental Studio. We are a state of the art, modern dental office located in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. We are looking for someone who is friendly, motivated, reliable, has a great attitude and is a team player. Knowledge of OpenDental software is a plus, however, not required.

YOU MUST HAVE 1+ YEARS OF DENTAL EXPERIENCE TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Greeting and Welcoming Patients.

· Assisting in Four-handed Dentistry.

· Taking Impressions.

· Pouring Models and Making Take Home Bleaching Trays.

· Taking Digital Xrays + CT scan.

· Clean up and set up rooms

· Comfortability working with nitrous oxide (training will be provided)

· Sterilizing instruments and equipment.

· Inventory and placing orders.

· 1+ years of DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

· High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

· Dental Assisting: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

· Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred)

· X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
