Dental Assistant

Dental office in Plantation looking for a full-time dental assistant. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience as an assistant and some front desk experience is a plus.

Qualifications and Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Quick learner and adapt to changes
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Prepare treatment rooms for anticipated procedures
• Take x-rays
• Assist doctor with various clinical procedures
• Make temporary crowns and bridges
• Maintain clean and safe working environment with proper infection control
• Educate patient about clinical procedures and help with treatment plans
• Must be able to help out with front desk duties such as answering phone, booking appointments and doing recalls
• Other typical assistant duties

Schedule:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8am-5pm
• Saturdays: 8am-2pm
