What You'll Do

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene and preventive care
• Perform periodontal assessments, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance
• Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and home care
• Collaborate with dentists to support comprehensive treatment planning
• Maintain accurate digital clinical records using Dentrix
• Provide fluoride treatments, sealants, and antibiotic applications as appropriate
• Perform night guard scans and other preventive procedures
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
• Contribute to a welcoming, comfortable, five-star patient experience

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Washington, DC, or eligibility for DC licensure
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
