Renken Dentistry is looking for a growth-minded Registered Dental Hygienist to add to our established Springfield, IL offices. We are a private, dentist-owned general practice that offers appointments in specialized fields of dentistry including Invisalign, implants, sleep dentistry, and more!

The Position

We’re looking for a team member who has a team oriented disposition, a growth mindset, and excellent communication skills to add to our practice. This team member should have an active BLS certification and an Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license.

This position will:

• Prepare the patient for their dental appointment by warm welcome and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit.
• Review patients’ health history and promote dental health by completing dental prophylaxis and teaching appropriate oral hygiene techniques.
• Be an advocate for the patient by helping them through their fears, anxiety, and discomfort.

Practice Location

This position is at our Springfield, IL offices–Renken Dentistry/Schön Dental. Full-time (35-40 hours/week) and part-time employment is available.

Monday- 7:00am-6:00pm

Tuesday- 7:00am-6:00pm

Wednesday- 7:00am-6:00pm

Thursday- 7:00am-6:00pm

Friday- 8:00am-12:00pm
