Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Duties:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral examinations
• Take dental x-rays
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Conduct patient assessments
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Utilize dental office software systems (e.g., Eaglesoft) for scheduling, charting, and billing

Skills:

• Strong patient assessment skills, including vital signs monitoring
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols
• Familiarity with dental office operations and procedures
• Excellent anatomy knowledge related to oral health
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy protection
