Willard Family Dentistry is seeking a caring, dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, provides thorough preventive care, and promotes oral health in a fun and friendly while professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and nonsurgical periodontal therapy as appropriate.
• Review medical histories, assess oral health, and document findings accurately.
• Complete periodontal charting and take dental radiographs as indicated.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene, periodontal health, and recommended care.
• Communicate clinical findings and patient concerns to Dr. Booker and coordinate care with the dental team.
• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported during their visits.
• Follow infection-control protocols and maintain an organized treatment area.
• Manage appointment time effectively while providing attentive patient care.
• Contribute to daily office workflow and assist with shared responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio dental hygiene license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients of all ages.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to collaborate and receive feedback.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality care.

Schedule:

Monday 9 AM - 6PM

Tuesday 7 AM- 1PM

Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Thursday 8 AM - 4 PM

Compensation: $42 - $50/hr
