Green Meadows Family Dentistry is seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven Dental Hygienist to join our established team. This full-time position is based at Green Meadows Family Dentistry in Virginia Beach, VA.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will provide exceptional patient care while partnering with practice leadership and the clinical team to:

• Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care
• Educate patients with clarity, empathy, and patience
• Help patients understand their oral health needs and recommend care through clear, supportive education
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Support consistent hygiene workflows, protocols, and scheduling standards
• Communicate effectively with doctors and other clinical and business team members
• Strengthen patient trust, retention, and preventive care compliance
• Identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience and support practice operations

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the expectations of the role. The Dental Hygienist receives:

• Hourly pay of $50 - $60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Eligibility for individual hygiene bonuses
• Eligibility for practice performance bonuses
