Registered Dental Hygienist
Job Description
Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Schmidgall Dental Aesthetics | Fort Worth, TX – Clearfork Area
2–3 Days Per Week | No Fridays or Weekends | Fee-for-Service Practice
Join a Practice Where Excellence Is the Standard
Schmidgall Dental Aesthetics is seeking an exceptional part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in the prestigious Clearfork area of Fort Worth.
We are a modern, state-of-the-art dental practice dedicated to providing an elevated patient experience and an uncompromising standard of clinical care.
As a fee-for-service practice, our patients choose us because they value exceptional dentistry, personalized attention, and quality over convenience or cost. We take pride in creating an environment where our team can focus on doing what's best for each patient rather than rushing through appointments.
We are looking for a hygienist who shares our passion for excellence, values meaningful patient relationships, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding experience.
What Makes Our Practice Different
- Advanced Technology: Work in a beautiful, modern clinical environment equipped with cutting-edge technology, including the EMS AIRFLOW system for advanced biofilm management and a more comfortable hygiene experience.
- Quality Over Quantity: Our fee-for-service model allows us to prioritize comprehensive, individualized care rather than a high-volume approach. Because of this, we are able to provide extended appointment times for cleanings.
- Exceptional Patients: Build lasting relationships with patients who actively seek out and appreciate high-quality dental care.
- A Culture of Excellence: Join a team that values professionalism, attention to detail, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a consistent part-time schedule of 2–3 days per week. Our office is closed Fridays and weekends.
- A Beautiful Workplace: Practice in a thoughtfully designed, upscale dental environment in one of Fort Worth's most desirable areas.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely loves dental hygiene and understands that an exceptional patient experience is about more than just clinical treatment.
You are:
- Passionate about preventive care, periodontal health, and patient education.
- Warm, personable, and skilled at building genuine relationships with patients.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and committed to clinical excellence.
- Professional, polished, and attentive to the small details that elevate the patient experience.
- A collaborative team member who communicates effectively and contributes to a positive office culture.
- Excited to embrace modern technology and continually improve your clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal hygiene care tailored to each patient's individual needs.
- Utilize advanced hygiene technology, including EMS AIRFLOW, as part of a comprehensive approach to oral health.
- Perform periodontal assessments, document clinical findings, and educate patients on their oral health.
- Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered treatment.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of infection control.
- Create a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable experience for every patient.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based periodontal care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for patient education and relationship-based dentistry.
- Experience with EMS AIRFLOW or Guided Biofilm Therapy is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience in a fee-for-service or cosmetic dental practice is a plus.
