About Our Practice

Innovative Dental & Orthodontics is a privately owned, multidisciplinary dental practice in Oviedo, Florida, led by a prosthodontist and orthodontist.

With the completion of our newly expanded, modern facility, we are excited to introduce in-house oral surgery services to better serve our growing patient population.

We have an established internal referral base, particularly for third-molar extractions, and are seeking an experienced, personable Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon interested in developing a long-term relationship with our practice.

The Opportunity

• Established referral volume of approximately 6–8 oral surgery patients weekly, predominantly third-molar cases
• Attractive 45% of adjusted collections compensation structure
• Initially 4 days per month (once a week), with opportunity for additional days
• Modern, newly expanded dental facility
• Dedicated scheduling, administrative, and clinical support
• Opportunity to provide a valuable service within an established multidisciplinary practice
• Clinical autonomy and collaborative relationships with experienced dental specialists

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD with completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency
• Active, unrestricted Florida dental license
• Appropriate credentials, permits, and experience for the surgical and anesthesia services provided
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in building a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with our practice
