Job Description

Flexible Clinical Mastery: PRN Registered Dental Hygienist – Germantown & Eads, TN

Are you an experienced Dental Hygienist seeking flexibility without sacrificing clinical excellence? At Elite Dental Care, we are looking for a high-performing PRN Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to support our state-of-the-art offices in Germantown and Eads, TN.

Whether you are looking to supplement your current schedule, maintain a better work-life balance, or step into a high-caliber clinical environment on your own terms, this role offers the perfect blend of freedom, premium technology, and professional respect.

The Elite Promise: Why Top Hygienists Partner With Us

Even on a PRN basis, you are treated as a core clinical partner, not a temp. Here is how we support your day:

Clear Direction: You will never walk into a shift guessing. We provide clear patient charts, structured clinical protocols, and seamless huddles so you can hit the ground running with total confidence.
Unrivaled Support: Work with modern digital technology (Dentrix/Dental Intel), high-quality ergonomic instrumentation, and an attentive administrative team that keeps your hygiene columns organized and on schedule.
Active Feedback: We value continuous growth. You will receive constructive insights and updates through our "Provider Pulse" check-ins, keeping your clinical skills sharp across multiple practice settings.
Genuine Appreciation: We know that hygiene is the backbone of preventive care and patient trust. Your ownership mentality and willingness to step in and keep our columns productive are recognized and rewarded every shift.
Path to Advancement & Growth: Excellent PRN relationships frequently lead to preferred scheduling priority, higher-tier compensation opportunities, or seamless transitions into permanent part-time or full-time positions across our six-location network, if desired.
W-2 Security & Peace of Mind: Enjoy true flexibility without tax-season headaches. This is a standard W-2 employment relationship—not a 1099 contractor position—so you get the full protection, compliance, and employment benefits you deserve.

The Profile: What We Are Looking For

Because our patients expect a consistently distinguished experience, we seek seasoned professionals who deliver immediate clinical value:

Experience Standard: A minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical hygiene experience is required. You should be confident managing diverse patient populations and varied clinical workflows from day one.
Dual-Location Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work shifts at both our Germantown and Eads locations as needs arise.
Ownership Mentality: You take 100% accountability for the patient in your chair—from thorough periodontal charting and health education to precise documentation and smooth handoffs.
Productivity Mindset: Efficient time management, strong chairside communication, and a proactive approach to keeping the day running on time without sacrificing patient comfort.
Credentials & Licensure: Active Tennessee RDH license in good standing. Nitrous Oxide Monitoring and Local Anesthesia credentials required. Current CPR/BLS certification mandatory.
Technical Savvy: Prior proficiency with Dentrix digital charting and digital radiography systems is strongly preferred.
