Competitive starting pay of $53-$57 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
Provide preventive and periodontal care with a focus on patient comfort, education, and clinical quality
Take the time to understand each patient’s needs and concerns
Help patients understand their oral health and feel confident in their treatment
Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to provide coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Contribute to a respectful, positive, and patient-focused practice environment
Utilize Dentrix, Overjet AI for accurate, cloud-based charting and clinical records
Perform thorough preventive and periodontal therapies, including scaling and root planing (SRP) and prophylaxis

Requirements
Current New York State Dental Hygienist license, or pending licensure
Strong clinical and patient-education skills
A gentle, compassionate, patient-first approach
Clear communication and a commitment to teamwork
A dependable professional who wants enough time to provide thoughtful, thorough care
Open to new graduates or experienced Hygienists
Active NY RDH License or pending license
