What We're Looking For:

Full-Time Treatment Coordinator
Dental office experience preferred
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable discussing treatment plans, insurance, and payment options
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Experience with dentrix is a plus

Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans
Review insurance benefits and financial options
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment
Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure a great patient experience
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
