Registered Dental Hygienist

We’re a thriving, two-doctor dental practice in the Sylvan area, and we’re excited to welcome a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to our team! Our office is known for its positive energy, strong teamwork, and a dedicated staff who genuinely enjoy working together to provide excellent patient care.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, has great communication and ready to jump into a busy schedule while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

What We Offer:
• Competitive compensation: $55–$70 per hour DOE
• Monday–Thursday work week (7am-4pm; can work 3 days if preferred)
• Dedicated lunch break from 12:00pm–1:00pm
• 60-minute recare and one quad SRP appointments
• 2-hour new patient appointments
• Great hygiene instruments (according to all of our hygienists!)

Responsibilities:
• Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care
• Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Educate patients on oral health and home care recommendations
• Collaborate with doctors regarding treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold clinical standards
• Deliver excellent patient experiences through compassionate care

Qualifications:
• Current Oregon RDH license in good standing
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Experience preferred but not required
