About the Role
Moss Dental Studio is an independent, doctor-owned practice, not a DSO. We have two offices, Eden Prairie and a brand-new Lakeville location, with a calm, spa-like environment built around a plant and moss theme.

You’d work alongside Dr. Kevin Molldrem, who has owned and practiced for 25 years and enjoys mentoring and training clinical staff. If you want to own a practice someday, he’ll help you learn how, from the clinical side through the business side. If ownership isn’t your goal, you’ll still get a mentor who invests in your growth.

We practice with modern digital dentistry so you can work efficiently and deliver high-quality care (same-day crown milling, digital scanners, 3D imaging, lasers, AI clinical notes, cavitrons, and more).

The role

General dentistry in a team-based practice that listens to its clinicians.
Full-time or part-time, at Eden Prairie, Lakeville, or both. Our offices are open Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm and Fridays for emergencies/sedation.

New graduates and experienced dentists are both welcome.
You make the clinical decisions.

Compensation
Choose a daily guarantee: $700-900 based on experience.
Or a percentage of collections: 28-33% based on experience.
Bonuses on top of base pay.
Start earning your buy-in after one year, with bonuses tied to ownership.

What You'll Do
• Provide general dentistry to patients of all ages, including exams, fillings, extractions and crowns.
• Diagnose and present treatment plans, helping patients understand their options and make decisions.
• Use the practice’s digital technology in daily care.
• Complete accurate, timely clinical notes and documentation for every patient.
• Work closely with hygienists, assistants and front desk staff, and give clinical input in team huddles.
• Follow infection control, safety and Minnesota Board of Dentistry requirements, and keep your license current.

What You'll Bring
Required: • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school., or the ability to obtain one.
• Active Minnesota dental license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain one before the start date.
• Current DEA registration
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills with patients and a collaborative approach with staff.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred: • Experience/comfort with Implants, Same day crowns, full mouth reconstruction
• Sedation dentistry
