Associate General Dentist

*General Dentist – 50,000$ sign on bonus, busy dental practice, potential for partnership in future, H1 VISA and Greencard sponsorship *

Location: pittsfield, Massachusetts
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; occasional Saturdays by appointment
Compensation: $1,200 per day or 35% of collections minus 35% of associated laboratory fees, according to the agreed compensation terms
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for a one-year commitment or $50,000 for a three-year commitment, subject to written agreement

About Our Practice

We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused General Dentist to join our busy, established dental practice serving a diverse patient population throughout the pittsfield area.

Our offices offer a mix of PPO and fee-for-service patients, providing the opportunity to build a strong patient base while delivering comprehensive dental care. We perform a broad range of procedures in-house, allowing our dentists to provide continuity of care and expand their clinical skills.

We are especially interested in a dentist who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values teamwork, and is eager to grow professionally in a supportive, clinically focused environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $1,200 per clinical day or 35% of collections minus 35% of associated laboratory fees, under the agreed compensation arrangement.
• Sign-on bonus options:
• $10,000 with a one-year employment commitment.
• $50,000 with a three-year employment commitment.
• Consistent weekday schedule, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Occasional Saturday appointments by mutual agreement.

Clinical Opportunities

Our practice has a strong focus on comprehensive and advanced dentistry. Depending on your experience, training, and clinical interests, you will have opportunities to develop your skills in:

• Root canal therapy, including molar endodontics and retreatments.
• Dental implant treatment planning, placement, and restoration.
• Extractions and selected impacted teeth.
• Cosmetic and esthetic dentistry.
• Crowns, bridges, and comprehensive restorative treatment.
• Full-mouth rehabilitation and complex treatment planning.

For dentists interested in expanding their clinical abilities, mentorship and opportunities to learn additional procedures may be available based on training, competency, and appropriate clinical supervision.
