We’re looking for a skilled, caring Registered Dental Hygienist to join us — someone who sees every hygiene visit as a chance to build trust and help patients stay healthy for life.

The Role

This is a patient-facing clinical role at the heart of our practice. You’ll deliver thorough hygiene care, help patients truly understand their oral health, and partner closely with our doctors — with the time, technology, and support to do it right.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care — prophys, periodontal therapy, scaling and root planing, and perio maintenance
• Administer local anesthesia to keep patients comfortable
• Take radiographs and intraoral photos that support accurate, complete diagnosis
• Use Overjet AI to review radiographs and show patients what’s going on — clearly and visually
• Chart hands-free with Overjet Voice perio charting
• Educate patients in a way that builds trust and long-term health
• Communicate findings to the doctor for a smooth handoff into the exam
• Participate in morning huddles and stay aligned with the team throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania RDH license
• Pennsylvania local anesthesia permit (required)
• A warm, gentle chairside manner — patients should feel at ease with you
• Thorough and detail-oriented — you take pride in doing things right, not fast
• Comfortable with technology and excited to use tools that make care better
• Experience with Open Dental (preferred) or another dental practice management system
• A team player who takes pride in doing their part well
• Current CPR certification

Compensation & Details

• Pay: Starting at $45/hr, based on experience
• Benefits: Health insurance with FSA, paid time off, uniform allowance, and SIMPLE IRA with employer match
• Schedule: Approximately 30–32 hours per week — no weekends
• Location: Lehigh Valley, PA — in-office position
