Associate Dentist – 30% Independent Contractor

Location: Tempe, AZ | Schedule: 2+ Days/Week

At George Carr DDS & Associates (LiveToSmile.com), we’ve proudly served patients in Tempe for over two decades. Now it is time for the main dentist to work less. We’re a fun, growing dental practice looking for a personable, communicative, and happy dentist to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Focus on bread & butter dentistry (fillings + crowns)
• Grow into more advanced treatments if desired and warranted:
• Endodontics
• Extractions
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Quality treatment is a must—we do things right the first time!
