The Experience You Bring Matters

We’re looking for an established dentist with proven clinical experience and the ability to confidently perform a broad range of procedures, including:

Implant placement

Oral surgery and extractions

Endodontics, including molar endodontics

Comprehensive restorative dentistry

Invisalign

The ideal candidate is clinically confident, comfortable managing complex treatment plans, and interested in taking an active role in the practice’s continued success.

Qualifications

DDS/DMD with an active or eligible Arizona dental license

Significant hands-on experience in general dentistry

Demonstrated ability to independently manage comprehensive treatment

Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills

Leadership mindset and interest in practice growth

Interest in long-term career development and potential partnership or equity
