About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is in a dental specialty office and requires proficiency in computerized systems.

Requirements:
• Must have experience in a dental office setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in computerized systems, including data entry and basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed..

Duties:
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
• Manage patient records, including data entry and proofreading for accuracy.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing documents.
• Coordinate event planning and calendar management for the office.
• Perform order entry for office supplies and maintain inventory.
