Job Description
We are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join a general dental practice while our current assistant is on maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, dependable professional with 1–2 years of experience to support a busy, patient-focused office. A high school education is sufficient for this role.
The ideal candidate is comfortable assisting with a variety of routine dental procedures, preparing treatment areas, sterilizing instruments, taking impressions as needed, and providing chairside support to the dental team. Cross-trained experience is ideal, as this position may include helping with both clinical and administrative tasks when needed. No special skills are required beyond a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
We offer PTO and a professional work environment that prioritizes safety and comfort. Personal protective equipment is provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and a respirator mask. Parking is available in front of the office, and the schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break.
Compensation is competitive and depends on experience. If you are looking for a stable full-time opportunity in a general dental office, we would love to hear from you.
