Job Description
Associate Dentist
Private Practice | Wellington Area, FL
Regular Schedule: Saturdays & Mondays
Regular Saturday availability is required for this position.
Serenity Grove Dental is seeking an experienced, personable General Dentist to join our growing private practice on Saturdays and Mondays.
Saturday is an established, busy clinical day with strong patient demand and production potential. Monday is a new clinical day we are opening as the practice continues to grow.
We anticipate opportunities for additional vacation coverage and potentially additional regular days as our practice expands in 2027.

- Is comfortable presenting comprehensive treatment plans and achieving strong case acceptance
- Is collaborative, dependable and genuinely team-oriented

Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
Bring Your Clinical Strengths
We have intentionally built a clinical team with complementary capabilities.
Our owner and lead dentist has extensive experience in orthodontics and restorative dentistry. Our periodontist provides periodontal surgery, implant placement and complex surgical care.

- Cosmetic dentistry and veneers
- Full-mouth rehabilitation

- Full-arch / All-on-X restorative treatment
- Comprehensive treatment planning
Experience with clear aligner therapy is also preferred.
You do not need to perform every procedure above. We are interested in understanding what you do exceptionally well and how your clinical strengths can complement our existing team.
Patient Communication Matters
Clinical ability is only part of what makes a dentist successful in our practice.
We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, builds trust quickly and can clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options and the value of recommended care.
Strong treatment presentation and case acceptance are important to success in this role.
