Manyak Dental Group is an established, independently owned, fee-for-service dental practice in downtown San Mateo. For over 20 years, we've built our reputation on exceptional clinical care, advanced technology, and lasting patient relationships.

We're seeking an experienced associate dentist who takes pride in clinical excellence, enjoys comprehensive dentistry, and values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive, production-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.

Based on historical compensation in our practice, associate earnings have ranged from approximately $750 to $2,000 per clinical day, depending on experience, individual production, and schedule.

Compensation is based on individual production, not a fixed daily salary. Historical earnings are provided for illustration and are not a guarantee of future compensation.

Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Requirements

• Active California dental license
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; 5+ years preferred
• Strong restorative and comprehensive dentistry skills
• Excellent patient communication and treatment-planning abilities
