Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license
• Strong clinical skills and work ethic
• Patient-focused and personable chairside manner
• Commitment to providing high-quality dental care
• Desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team

Compensation & Benefits

• $200,000–$350,000+ annual earning potential
• Daily minimum guarantee of up to $1,500, based on experience
• Production-based compensation with the potential to earn up to $35,000 per month
• Compensation based on full production, without adjustments for insurance write-offs
