· Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Benco Dental, Nashville Dental) for supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

· Ensure compliance with Alabama State Board of Dental Examiners, OSHA, HIPAA, CDC infection-control standards, and university policies.

· Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation, sterilization logs, radiology logs, and quality-assurance data.

· Represent the clinic at University events, Board of Trustees meetings, and community health forums.

· Lead initiatives addressing disparities in oral health and their connection to overall health (heart disease, diabetes, etc.).
