Job Overview
We’re hiring our 4th Clinical Assistant (Clinical Partner)! This isn't your typical dental assistant position. At Redeemed Smiles, we perform advanced implant surgery, full-arch rehabilitation, soft tissue grafting, bone augmentation, and cosmetic dentistry. We call this role a Clinical Partner because you'll be part of delivering life-changing dentistry while helping to shape the systems, culture, and clinical excellence of our practice. (Minimum 1 years of chairside dental assisting experience required or graduation from an accredited dental assisting program.)

Surgical experience and skills with impressions and denture adjustments are highly preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person who is eager to learn. Our practice is about half general dentistry and half surgical, so no two days are the same!

Our practice is equipped with advanced tools that allow us to deliver efficient, high-quality treatment while making your job easier and more rewarding including:

• Digital intraoral scanners
• In-house 3D printer for same-day workflows
• A fully equipped in-house dental laboratory
• AI-powered clinical note documentation
• CBCT
• Phlebotomy equipment

Responsibilities:

• Sterilize instruments and equipment
• Assist chairside during procedures
• Perform clinical notes
• Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment
• Set up, flip, and sterilize rooms
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
