Qualifications -Dental Assistant experience is required -A Texas Registered Dental Assistant License is required -Local to the area, able to reliably commute Wednesday-Saturday

Expectations and Offerings -Dental Assistant experience is required -A Texas Registered Dental Assistant License is required -This position is for a chairside dental assistant -Late start at 9:15 AM Wednesday-Saturday -4 day workweek: Off Sunday-Tuesday -PTO after 1 year of employment and additional PT after 2 years of employment. -Employee Dental Plan – heavily discounted dental procedures after 6 months if employment. -Eligible for Scrub Reimbursement program after 4 months of continuous employment -Positive, High energy -Eager to learn -Good communication is a must -Willing for constant improvement -Detail oriented -Competitive compensation -User-friendly practice management software program- Dentrix Ascend -Average and above Cleanliness and Organization -Clean and turn over operatories -Office cleaning like vacuuming, dusting, keeping glass clean, is a requirement -You will be required to help gather and take out all trash on a weekly basis -Keep up with sterilization while keeping in mind the day’s schedule -Process lab cases -Cross training -Maintain and keep up with weekly, monthly, bimonthly, and annual maintenance schedules. This includes but is not limited to autoclave maintenance, refilling supplies, keeping lobby and operatories clean, suction and shock maintenance
