Responsibilities

Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments Check patients in and out efficiently Present treatment plans and discuss financial options Coordinate patient financing and payment arrangements Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment Help maintain productive provider schedules Ensure an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Work closely with the clinical team to keep the office running smoothly Qualifications

Previous dental front office experience preferred Open Dental experience is a plus Knowledge of dental insurance is preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements What We Offer

Full-Time

Monday -Thursday 730am-430pm

Friday: Rotates full and half day
