Part-Time Associate Dentist — 1–2 Days/Week

Peak Dental Wellness is looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and personable dentist to join our team 1–2 days per week.

We are a modern, patient-centered dental practice with a strong focus on quality dentistry and individualized care. We believe dentistry is about much more than treating individual teeth. Oral health is deeply connected to overall health, and we take the time to understand each patient, educate them, and help them make informed decisions about their care.

We’re looking for a dentist who shares that curiosity and philosophy—or is genuinely interested in learning more about this approach.

About Our Practice

Peak Dental Wellness is an established, privately owned practice in Vancouver, Washington. Our approach combines modern dental technology with a whole-body perspective.

Depending on your interests and experience, you’ll have exposure to areas including:

Comprehensive & restorative dentistry-CO2 laser *-*CBCT-Airway and Sleep- Biologic dentistry-SMART amalgam removal-Ozone therapy-PRF -Oral surgery and bone grafting- Minimally invasive dentistry -pediatric dentistry and airway-Biocompatible materials and same day crown fabrication.

There is no expectation that you come in knowing all of these areas. We are happy to mentor the right dentist who is interested in expanding their knowledge.

The Opportunity

This is initially a part-time position of 1–2 days per week, with some flexibility in scheduling and will build with the provider.

It could be a great fit for an experienced dentist looking for a high-quality part-time practice, or for a dentist who wants to explore a different way of practicing dentistry without immediately committing to a full-time position.

Our goal isn’t simply to find someone to fill a chair. We’d like to find a dentist who enjoys our patients, our team, and our philosophy and who could become an important part of the practice over time.

Compensation: Competitive daily rate min and percentage production.
