Now Hiring: Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk
Location: Naples, FL
We are a privately owned, growing dental practice seeking an experienced, friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and confident in presenting treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements, and collecting patient payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Confidently present dental treatment plans, explain recommended procedures, and discuss financial options with patients.
- Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and help them move forward with recommended care.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out.
- Collect and accurately post patient payments.
- Coordinate treatment scheduling and maintain a productive appointment schedule.
- Confirm appointments and assist with daily front office operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
Please Note: Insurance verification is handled separately, allowing you to focus on treatment coordination, patient communication, scheduling, and front desk operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and CDT dental codes.
- Must be able to confidently present treatment plans and clearly explain treatment costs and financial arrangements to patients.
- Must be comfortable requesting, collecting, and accurately posting patient payments.
- Previous dental front desk or treatment coordination experience required.
- Experience with patient financing and treatment scheduling.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Professional, dependable, personable, and team-oriented.
- Knowledge of Open Dental is a plus.
