Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Dental patient care coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a full productive schedule, present treatment plan to patients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of dental terminology, and proficiency in dental software.
Days : Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage patient scheduling, including appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, addressing inquities
- Process dental billing and insurance verification to ensure smooth transactions.
- Present treatment plan to patients
- Proficient in Dentrix
- Assist in the collection of payment,
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
Skills
- Proficiency in dental terminology related to dentistry and general healthcare.
- Experience Dentrix software is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing is required.
- Able to fill holes in schedule and help maintain a productive schedule.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
