Office Manager Dental Front Office
Job Description
About the Role
We believe taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients. If you’re looking for a workplace where your leadership is valued, your positive energy is contagious, and your work-life balance is respected, you’ll feel right at home here.
Competitive Compensation & Growth: A high-end compensation package that reflects your experience, with real recognition for your contributions to practice success.
Predictable, Fixed Schedule: Enjoy predictable hours with standard Friday and Saturdays off, giving you a consistent schedule to plan your personal life around.
Supportive Leadership: Work directly alongside practice leadership who value open communication, mutual respect, and giving you the autonomy to manage operations effectively.
A Culture of Positivity: Join an upbeat, supportive team where collaboration comes naturally and hard work is celebrated.
What Makes Our Practice Unique
We built our practice on a foundation of clinical excellence and genuine warmth. Located right in the heart of Teaneck, we serve a close-knit community that relies on us for modern, comprehensive care.

We leverage modern technology to keep operations seamless, allowing our team to focus on providing top-tier patient care without burnout.
The Day-to-Day Experience
As our Dental Office Manager, your day will be filled with variety, connection, and impact:
The Heart of the Office: You’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, greeting patients with warmth and setting an optimistic, professional tone from the front desk.
Operational Flow: You’ll oversee patient scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and treatment plan financial arrangements—ensuring patients leave feeling cared for and informed.
