Job Description
We are seeking a full-time front office professional to join a small, growing privately owned dental practice serving both general and private patients. Since opening in February 2019, our team has focused on providing quality care in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.
The ideal candidate has a high school education and at least 3 years of dental office experience. Strong sales skills are important for this role, along with excellent communication, organization, and the ability to create a positive first impression for patients. Responsibilities include presenting treatment options, financing options, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling patient accounts, and supporting daily front desk operations, and more. Experience using Open Dental is preferred.
This position is well suited for someone who is dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a busy dental setting while helping the office run smoothly. Our team values reliability, teamwork, and a friendly approach to patient care.
We provide a 1-hour lunch break and offer PTO as part of the benefits package. Must be able to work Saturdays and late evenings. If you are looking for a stable full-time opportunity in a supportive dental office, we encourage you to apply.
