Dental Treatment Coordinator - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

As a Treatment Coordinator, you are primarily responsible for assisting patients and team members with any tasks involving patients' treatments, that includes but not limited to benefits verification, preparing and presenting treatment plans, scheduling treatments, and addressing any concerns about patient treatments.

Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver a superior patient experience
- Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
- Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis
- Prepare, organize, and present treatment plans to patients
- Calculate and collect fees for dental treatments
- Coordinate financial agreements for patient's portion of dental treatment costs
- Administrative duties including checking patients in and out and coordinating payments
- Maintain detailed patient records
- Maintain and clean and well organized office
- Support clinical staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Dentrix software experience preferred
- Excellent patient service skills
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred
- Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong team work ethics, interpersonal, relationship building skills
- Dental experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Demonstrable success in sales preferred
- Determination and persistence to get needed insurance information from insurance representatives
- 1 year or more sales experience preferred
- 1 year or more customer service experience preferred
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Professionalism in all aspects of job
- Good grooming and professional image
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and anticipation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs as required
