Create an Exceptional Patient Experience

  • Ensure patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.
  • Support clear, compassionate communication throughout the patient experience.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with our referring dental offices.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous dental office management or comparable healthcare leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of dental office administration, scheduling, billing, and insurance processes.
  • Experience leading teams and supporting daily practice operations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence handling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive, dependable, and collaborative leadership approach.

A Plus, But Not Required

  • Experience in periodontics, oral surgery, or another dental specialty.
  • Familiarity with Dentrix and Dental Intelligence.
  • Experience with practice performance reports, team development, and process improvements.

Why Choose Precision?

We believe in caring for the people who care for our patients. You'll be joining an established specialty practice that values clinical excellence, teamwork, integrity, and continued growth.

Along with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference, we offer:

  • Competitive salary, based on experience.
  • Health insurance benefits.
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.
  • Employee dental benefits.
  • Continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  • A supportive team and the opportunity to grow in a meaningful leadership role.
